Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF)
EPAFs are electronic forms used to:
Create job assignments for student and hourly employees (EPAFs must be created in order for assignments to be board approved).
Other types of EPAFs including:
- Pay Rate Change
- Supervisor Change
- End Job Assignment
- Budget Change

First-time EPAF users
- Employees will need to contact Human Resources to get permissions to create EPAFs. First-time users will complete a google form - EPAF Set-up. Information provided on the form will be forwarded to IT. Employee will be notified once all steps of the set-up are complete.
- Appointment for EPAF training with Human Resources is highly recommended.
